Wholesale Purchases Only - The prices contained in our catalog are for commercial or wholesale purchases only. We require proof of business identity, sales tax license, and/or tax exemption certificate to establish a new wholesale account and those that do not qualify will be charged the prevailing retail price at the time of purchase. We try not to change any prices until a new catalog is published but unfortunately we cannot anticipate manufacturer price increases that we receive throughout the year. Accordingly the prices published in this catalog are subject to change without notice and we are not responsible for typographical pricing errors.



Minimum Order Quantities
The minimum order is $50; smaller orders may be accepted but subject to a service charge of $5 per invoice
Flat foil balloons 18” or smaller requires a purchase of at least 10 balloons per style
Packaged 18” foil balloons require a purchase of at least 5 balloons per style
Flat foil balloons greater than 18” including all shapes require a purchase of at least 3 balloons per style
All latex balloons require purchase of at least 1 bag per style
Pricing & Discount Policy - Price discounts are available on most items according to the total dollar amount of goods ordered. The discount is calculated on the amount ordered, not the amount shipped so if items are out of stock you will still receive any discount earned based on the original order total. Most items in the catalog have 3 prices listed for the item. Your price will be determined by your total order amount:

 


  • Less than $250 You Pay the 1st Price

  • $250 to $500 You Pay the 2nd Lowest Price

  • $500+ You Pay the 3rd and Lowest Price

    Latex Balloons with only one price will receive the following discounts determined by your total order amount:


  • Less than $250: You Pay the Listed Price

  • $250 to $500: Price Will be Discounted 5%

  • $500+: Price Will be Discounted 10%

    Please note that there are no discounts available on inflation equipment and certain other items as indicated in the catalog.


    Shipping - Orders are shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise requested by customer. Expedited delivery is available upon request but you will be responsible for the additional shipping cost. Orders placed weekdays by 12:00 PM Eastern will be shipped same day and all others will be placed the next regular business day. We are not responsible for shipping or processing delays caused by seasonal demand; please allow 1 -2 extra days to process and ship your order if it is placed two weeks before each seasonal holiday.
    Free Shipping Offer - Free UPS Ground shipping on balloon orders of $250 or more excluding other charges. Free shipping offer applies to foil and latex balloons, ribbon and other small item. Foil, bag and heavy weights, pre-inflated balloons, Hi-Float, air filled balloons, inflation equipment or any other bulky or heavy merchandise do not qualify for free freight. If your order is over $250 and it contains both balloons and items that do not qualify for free shipping, we will calculate the shipping cost of the balloons and heavy items separately and you will be asked to pay for the shipping cost of the heavy items only.
    Backorders - Backorders will be cancelled unless customer specifically requests that backorders are to be shipped when product is available.
    COD Shipments - Customers requiring COD shipments must pay a fee of $9.00 per each box in the order. This can be avoided by pre-paying with a credit card.
    Shipment Errors - If your order is damaged or short, you must inform us within 3 business days of receipt of your order to receive a credit.


    Defect & Return Policy


  • No refunds will be issued for defective merchandise; stock will be replaced or a credit issued that can be applied to future purchases.

  • Defective product must be returned within 30 days of purchase and the invoice number on which the merchandise was purchased is required for all returns. We reserve the right to refuse issuing a credit if invoice information is not provided.

  • We do not accept foil balloons that have been punctured, over-inflated, or cut and we do not accept display samples or close out balloons.

  • Returns of non-defective merchandise are accepted at A2Z’s discretion and only within 10 business days of original sale with original invoice. A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all returns.

  • Unsold seasonal merchandise is not returnable. Defective seasonal product must be returned within 14 days of seasonal event.

  • Items sent to us for credit that were not purchased from A2Z will not be returned and no credit will be issued.

  • There is a 15% restocking fee for all refused orders.

  • No cash refunds. Refunds will be paid by check or if purchased on a credit card will be credited to the same credit card. If original purchase was by check, refunds will be held for 14 days from the original purchase date.

    Returned Checks – a fee of $25 will be charged for all returned checks
    Liability Policy - We understand that we must earn your business every day and as such we will make every effort to ensure our customers are satisfied. However A2Z has no control over manufacturers’ quality or common carriers so our liability is limited to replacement or reimbursement of defective merchandise. We are not responsible for lost profit, lost sales, lost helium or any incidental costs incurred by customer due to a product defect, a shipping error or a late delivery.
    Michigan Jurisdiction - By accepting delivery from A2Z Balloon Company you consent that any disputes will be settled under the jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Michigan and Michigan law.
