Terms & Conditions
The wholesale pricing published in this catalog is only available to qualified wholesale or commercial customers. To qualify, you must purchase product for resale or use in a business, provide proof in the form of a business or sales tax license, complete an A2Z Wholesale Purchase Application which must be approved before your first order. The prices in this catalog are accurate to the best of our knowledge and current at the time of publication but are not guaranteed and therefore subject to change without notice or customer approval.
Minimum Order Quantities
- Wholesale purchases are bulk purchases so the minimum order amount is $50. Orders of less than $50 are subject to a $5 processing fee or will be invoiced at our prevailing retail price at the time of purchase.
- Free freight is only available on orders over $250 (other terms apply, see free freight offer below)
- Flat foil balloons 18” or smaller require a purchase of at least 10 balloons per style
- Packaged 18” foil balloons require a purchase of at least 5 balloons per style
- Foil balloons greater than 18” or any shape balloon require a purchase of at least 3 balloons per style
- Three prices are listed under most items in catalog and the price you pay is determined by your order total. If your order amount is:
$50 to $249 - You Pay Price 1 $250 to $499 - You Pay Price 2 $500+ - You Pay Price 3
- The price is determined by the amount ordered not what is shipped. For example, if you order $500 of product but some items aren’t available for shipment then you will be charged Price 3 on all items
- No discounts are available on items that have only one price is listed
- If you purchases $2,500+ annually, you may be eligible to receive Price 3 on all orders regardless of order amount.
Free Freight Offer
- Free FedEx delivery if order is at least $250, subject to the following limitations: No free freight on heavy or bulky items such as Hi-Float, air filled balloons, inflation equipment, display racks, hex containers, roll tickets and other heavy items designated by A2Z
- Free freight offer is for FedEx Ground only. Expedited delivery is available but you must pay the difference between FedEx Ground and the expedited freight cost
- Phone Orders: Place your orders by phone Monday thru Friday, 9 AM to 5:30 PM (Eastern) by calling us toll free at (800) 527-5554.
- Web & Fax Orders: Place your online or fax orders 24/7 at A2ZBalloons.com or fax us toll free at (877) 423-2885 using our A2Z Order Form which you can print from our website or make your own copy from the last page of this catalog.
- Email Orders: We prefer that you email orders directly to a salesperson but if you don’t have an assigned salesperson then email it to Orders@A2ZBalloons.com
- Orders placed weekdays by 2:00 PM Eastern will be shipped the same day except for delays caused by seasonal demand. All others will be shipped the next business day (Saturday & Sunday not included). Please allow 1 additional day before seasonal holidays.
- Orders are not pulled until a credit card is authorized for the order amount unless the customer has payment terms or we are shipping COD. A2Z is not responsible for shipping delays if customer does not provide payment method with their order or if their credit card is declined.
- Orders are final once they are placed. Your order may be pulled within minutes of being submitted so changes or additions are not permitted because they affect the quality of our service. Please make sure your order is complete when you place it. Additions will be entered on a new order and we will make every attempt to ship both orders together, but it is not guaranteed.
- Backorders: We do not create back orders for out of stock merchandise unless customer specifically requests that they want backorders shipped when product is available.
- Special Orders: We try to ship all orders complete but it is not guaranteed and not always possible. If you need a particular item for one of your customers then you must indicate that on your order, preferably in writing, so we notify you if the item is out of stock.
- 20% Re-stocking fee will be charged on all refused/cancelled orders and returned merchandise.
- Payments: We accept all major credit cards, wire transfers for purchases over $750, and COD is available for a fee of $11 /box.
- All orders are shipped regular ground delivery, Monday thru Friday (excluding holidays) via FedEx. See FedEx delivery map that follows for delivery times to your area.
- Expedited delivery is available upon request but customer is responsible for the amount exceeding FedEx Ground cost.
- A2Z is not responsible for shipping or processing delays caused by weather, FedEx or high seasonal demand. Customers should plan for 1 to 2 extra delivery days for orders placed within one week of a major holiday.
- Shipping Damage: Before accepting delivery from FedEx, inspect packages and make sure the security tape is intact and boxes are not damaged or opened. If damaged or opened, you must review it with the FedEx delivery person and inform A2Z immediately.
- Shortages: Inspect packages upon receipt and report any shortages to A2Z immediately. All orders are counted twice by different A2Z employees before shipment so shortage claims will be investigated before a credit is issued or replacement merchandise is sent.
- Return Check Fee: $25 will be charged for all returned checks.
Limitation of Liability
A2Z Balloon Company’s liability is limited to replacement or reimbursement of defective or damaged merchandise. We are not responsible for lost profit, sales, helium or any incidental costs due to a product defect, shipping error or a late delivery.
By accepting delivery from A2Z Balloon Company you consent that any disputes will be settled under the jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Michigan and Michigan law.
